What are Starter Flavor Culture Powders?
 
IMAC Starter Flavor Culture Powders (U.S. Patent Pending) are meant to be blended with grated cheeses. Made with real cheese, live cheese cultures, lipolyzed cream and other wholesome ingredients, IMAC Cultured Cheese Extenders look, smell and taste exactly like the cheeses they are blended with.

IMAC Starter Flavor Culture Powders
Cultured Parm Extender:
A "grated" product which can be used in place of Parmesean, or blended with regular grated Parmesean cheese in any desired ratio.


Applications: As a pizza or Italian entree topping; excellent in soups, sauces, gravies, baked goods, in frozen food manfacturing or on salads.

Cultured Parm/Romano Extender:
A "grated" product which can be used in place of Parmesean/Romano, or blended with regular grated Parmesean and Romano cheese in any desired ratio.


Applications: Freshly prepared or frozen Italian foods; especially good in sauces, on seafood dishes or in salads.

Cultured Romano Extender:
A "grated" product which can be used in place of Romano, or blended with regular grated Romano cheese in any desired ratio.


Applications: As a topping for all Italian foods, where a more subtle cheese flavor is desired than with other hard grated cheeses.

Cultured Cotija Extender:
A "grated" product which can be used in place of Cotija, or blended with regular Cotija cheese in any desired ratio.


Applications: As a topping for Mexican foods, freshly prepared or frozen in sauces, chili, or gravies.

Cultured Queso Extender: A "grated" product which can be used in place of Queso, or blended with regular Queso cheese in any desired ratio.


Applications: Good as a cheese base; adds slight cheese flavor and body; a compliment to all Queso cheeses.
